The Agreement and Conditions of Sale regard the sale of a border collie described as follows and therafter referred

to as The Border Collie:

Conditions of Sale

In consideration of the purchase of The Border Collie I/we The Purchasers confirm that we will contact and consult

with The Breeders in the event that:

(i) there are difficulties in rearing The Border Collie.

(ii) I/we need to part with The Border Collie for any reason whatsoever I/we will not make any attempt to sell,

destroy or give awayThe Border Collie but will return The Border Collie to the Breeders at which time a percentage of

the purchase price may be refunded as and if appropriate and reasonable.

The Border Collie is sold with the Kennel Club registration document endorsed* "Progeny not eligible for registration"

and "Not eligible for the issue of an Export Pedigree".

I/we The Purchasers have read understand clearly and agree to the Conditions of Sale and any additional Conditions

of Sale in the attached Schedule of Additional Conditions of Sale.

I/we The Purchasers confirm that we have received a copy of this document as well as the Schedule of Additional

Conditions of Sale.

*Endorsement of KC Registration Document: We have found it necessary to endorse this document as described

above to prevent misuse of bitches at home and abroad. The endorsements can be lifted by the breeders and this

may be done at an appropriate time following discussion between the purchase and the breeders.
